This Privacy Policy explains how Alluring Software LLC collects, uses, and shares information through the Earn Your Play iOS app, website, and early-access signup (together, the Service). The app is designed for parents and guardians who set up a device for their family.

The Service may use Apple Screen Time and Family Controls features. Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

The app stores the child profile details, earning rules, tasks, parent PIN, and Screen Time selections that you enter or choose. This information is stored on your device so the app can provide its core features.

We do not send child names, ages, parent PINs, task text, selected app names, application tokens, or Family Controls selections to PostHog.

After you select Agree & Continue in the app, we use PostHog to receive limited product-usage data, handled error reports, crash reports, and technical logs. This can include a device-level identifier, app version, operating-system information, feature events, safe error codes, and app state needed to diagnose a failure.

We configure the app to exclude child profile details and other sensitive family data from this reporting. Technical logs use fixed messages and approved diagnostic fields. They do not include raw system error messages.

When you use the website or join the early-access list, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address and optional signup details. We also collect website and campaign information, such as pages visited, browser or device information, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, and interactions with the signup form.

The website uses PostHog and the Meta/Facebook Pixel for analytics and advertising measurement. These tools may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies.

We use information to operate the app, provide the features you request, diagnose and improve reliability, understand aggregate product use, manage the early-access list, respond to support requests, protect the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use child profile information for targeted advertising.

We share limited information with service providers that operate parts of the Service. PostHog receives the app diagnostics and usage data described above. Website analytics and advertising providers receive the website data described above. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a merger, financing, sale, or similar business transfer. We do not sell your early-access email list.

App setup data remains on your device until you change it, reset it, or remove the app. We retain website, support, and remote diagnostic information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in those emails. For a privacy request, a request to delete remotely stored information, or a request to withdraw consent for app diagnostics, contact us at the address below. You can also control website cookies through your browser or device settings.

Earn Your Play is for parents and guardians. A parent or guardian enters and manages any child profile information in the app. We do not knowingly collect child profile information through the website or send it through the app's remote diagnostics. If you believe we have collected a child's personal information outside these limits, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. We may provide additional notice for material changes.
